Reset Security Answer

Hi Comminity,

I was trying to input the security answer to my account, but anytime I supplied the answer, upwork would tell me its a wrong answer and I have not changed it, So when I tried to click on forgot security answer just to reset,  upwork requested for the previous answer that I added and they tell me again that it is not correct.

Pls help, What can I do to reset the security question answer?
