Resume in Freelance Cloud

Does anyone else remember Upwork asking freelancers to submit resumes for clients to view easier? They said something about a Freelancer cloud or something like that? They said we could remove our resume later? I can't find the email about it anymore.

I'm not familiar with the email you're referring to but I see you were able to submit a support ticket with our team about it. I'm sure they'll be able to assist you further and maybe another Community member also had the same experience and remembers some details!
