Rising Talent Badge has disappeared

My Raising Talent Badge has disappeared from my profile meaning I no longer qualify for projects that have raising talent as a qualification. This is limiting my ability to submit proposals. 

Can a community manager help me with this.

Hi Suzanne,

Thank you for your message. I checked and noticed that your Rising Talent badge was removed due to recent hold placed on your account. The Rising Talent badge will be automatically assigned to you when you meet the requirements listed here. Once you qualify for the badge, you will receive a notification letting you know and it will also reflect on your profile.
