Safety Concern Regarding File Submitted for Animaze App

Hello,

I am reaching out as I am currently unable to download files associated with a project involving the Animaze app. This issue is not limited to my account; my client is also facing the same challenge.

The files in question are avatars for Animaze and are saved in .avatar format. Unfortunately, any attempts to download these files result in an error message, preventing both my client and me from accessing essential project materials.

Could you please investigate this matter and provide guidance on how to proceed safely?
