I have been facing this issue for the last week and no one from support is contacting me. I was trying to add the payment for the first time and I did know that I couldn't add somebody else payment method. I mistakenly added that but now it requires me to complete the identity verification and when I try to complete it shows my brother's name. Kindly change it to my original account name so I can verify my identity. It is my 3rd ticket. Kindly resolve this, thank you
