Stuck in a Create Profile Loop

Hi there, 

I'm experiencing an issue whereby I'm facing a Create Profile loop in which after clicking "Check My Profile" at the end of the profile creation, it brings me back to the Language section. 

I've tried to clear cache and cookies, and used different browsers but the issue still persists. Hope that you can help me in this issue.
