Submit a proposal button doesn't work

I can't submit a proposal because the button doesn't work, I tryied from Google Chrome and from Brave

Thank you very much! I already solved the problem. The problem appears when you want to send a proposal but instead of clicking with the left click, you do it with the right mouse click to open that job offer in a new tab. Unfortunately I don't know why a job offer cannot be opened in a new tab.
