You sound like you are disappointed by that number.

It is not a great JSS score, but freelancers have bounded back from worse, and have gone on to be successful.

This is a big reason why you have a low JSS, and why clients (not just one client) have been disappointed by their experience hiring you. This also helps explain why new clients are not responding to your proposals.

You next goal should be:
"Undestand why other professional translators think that what you are offering is inappropriate."

Until you undrstand that the answer to that question, I don't think you should continue applying to jobs on Upwork.
