The green light next to a profile picture

Hello,

It seems I have a problem that I cannot solve by myself.

So your helping hand and a piece of advice would be much appreciated.

The green light next to my profile picture is always turned off.

I have already upgraded to Freelancer Plus and am still paying for the so-called "Available now"  badge, but nothing happens whatever I do.

Please, help me figure out that pickle.
