Hi everyone, so apparently I meet all the requirements for getting the top-rated badge but I have just read that the JSS also needs to be above 90%. I am having my 6th contract on upwork but still, I haven't been assigned JSS. Can anyone please guide what I am missing or what's the issue?

Hi Saad,

More than 90% of freelancers have a score after 5 projects, and nearly all freelancers have scored after completing 8 projects. We exclude clients whose freelancers report a history of unreasonable feedback so that their scores won't count against you, but that may mean it takes longer to accumulate enough reviews to receive your initial score.

You can monitor your progress and help manage your success by using your My Stats page to track your Job Success Score, 12-month earnings, and more. To get the Top Rated badge, you'll need to fulfill all of the requirements mentioned in this help article.
