Unable to verify the Tax ID number on Upwork?

Hi,

I tried to update my Tax information. I've received an email stating "Unable to verify the Tax ID number" from Upwork. I have confirmed my Tax ID from CRA(Canada) which they confirmed is correct. 

Can someone help me here?
