Hello, i have a question. Is it possible to do freelancing here without being 18 years old?
I couldnt find the propper question on this comunnity, so i am not sure, i registered and got an offer, when i started doing it, i found a message "All freelancers are required to complete a W-9 or a W-8BEN form in order to withdraw money". I live in Europe, and i am not 18 years old, is there any way possible??
