All of my funds have been transfer to one of my bank accounts without my authorization. Please how can i stop the transaction.
At this moment I do not have access to this bank account since Iโm living far away from the banks location.
I had put the minimum balance of $1,000.00 as the Quarterly Schedule transaction, but my upwork account only had 724.40. Please help.

Hi All,
Your earnings are automatically sent to your primary payment method based on the payment schedule you choose. The default Automatic Payment Schedule happens Quaterly, when your available funds are over $1000. This is something that can be updated by you anytime in Settings > Get Paid. If you have a different Automatic Payment Schedule currently, this means youโve updated it in the past.
That said, please know that Upwork does not operate as a bank, and so we cannot hold your earnings indefinitely. Balances older than 180 days will be withdrawn automatically to your primary payment method, even if they are below your Automatic Schedule balance limit.
Itโs important to always be aware of your current Automatic Payment Schedule and primary payment method. This is because, once a withdrawal is initiated it cannot be canceled. An automatic withdrawal will be sent to the payment method on file. If there are any issues, such as an invalid bank account, the funds will be returned directly to Upwork and we will immediately credit your account. If your funds are not received after 8 business days, please let us know and we can assist you with initiating a trace.

Hi Abdullahi,
Once a withdrawal is initiated it cannot be canceled whether it is manual or automatic. The funds will be sent to the payment method on file. If there are any issues with the bank account, the funds will be returned to Upwork and once this has happened, rest assured that we will immediately credit the funds to your account.

My fund was withdrawn without me authorizing it. I need Upwork to reverse the fund

Hi Omotayo,
Your earnings were automatically sent to your primary payment method based on your chosen payment schedule, and a withdrawal can't be reversed once initiated.
If you wish to update your Automatic Payment Schedule for future withdrawals, you can do so from the Get Paid settings page.

Hello Upwork Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding an unauthorized fund withdrawal from my Upwork account via Payoneer.
On Dec 27,2023, I received a notification that a withdrawal had been processed in accordance with the scheduling in my payment settings. However, I want to emphatically state that I did not authorize this transaction, and it has left me deeply concerned about the security of my account.
I have reviewed my account settings, and I can confirm that I did not make any changes to my payment settings that would have triggered such a withdrawal. It is imperative that this matter is addressed with the utmost urgency, and I kindly request your immediate assistance in reverting the payment back to my Upwork account.
Furthermore, I have taken the necessary steps to secure my account, including changing my password and enabling two-factor authentication. I would appreciate it if you could conduct a thorough investigation into this incident to identify the source of the unauthorized withdrawal and take appropriate measures to prevent any future occurrences.
Please provide me with a detailed update on the status of this investigation and the steps being taken to rectify this situation as soon as possible. I understand the importance of maintaining the security and integrity of the Upwork platform, and I trust that you will handle this matter with the utmost diligence.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue. I look forward to a swift resolution and appreciate your cooperation in ensuring the security of my Upwork account.
Best regards,
Omotayo

You don't need to "authorize" a withdrawal in order for this to happen. The maximum time period that Upwork can hold your payments is 3 months, so you can't leave funds in your account for longer than that; if you do, then Upwork will automatically send you the money, and you can't reverse it back into your Upwork account.
You haven't made clear whether you actually did receive the funds in Payoneer or not? If you have, then your account wasn't compromised.

Thank you for your response! Unfortunately, the Payoneer account Upwork withdrew the funds to cannot send out money or make a withdrawal. I contacted Payoneer support and they told me to contact Upwork and explain everything to them. They assured me that if Upwork submits a request to cancel the payment to them and they will reverse it immediately as I can no longer make any transaction on the Payoneer account

An automatic transaction was made from the available balance of my Upwork account to my Payoneer account on 25 Dec 2023. Now, 23 Jan 2024, but it is still under review. I don't understand what is the problem. I already received dollars from my Fiver account earlier to my Payoneer account. What can I do now?

$17 was sent from your UW balance to your Payoneer. It should be there already for now.

Hi Laura,
As Mykola mentioned, we have sent your available balance to your billing method. Please know Upwork does not operate as a bank, so we cannot hold your earnings indefinitely. Balances older than 180 days will be withdrawn automatically to your primary payment method, even below your Automatic Schedule balance limit.

Today I realized that somehow all the money was transferred to my national bank account (Argentina). At no time did I request to make this move. This money was to buy the monthly payments for the platform. I need help from the Upwork platform. Because this movement was involuntary and not due to my negligence, it simply happened on its own.
In the previous days I have entered the "Get Paid" part just to verify the exchange between USD/ARS. For no other reason than that, at no time do you enter this part to make another movement. I request a response from the platform.

Hello Mateo,
Thank you for reaching out. I have checked your account, and it looks like the funds that were withdrawn have been kept in your account for quite some time already. Please know that Upwork does not operate as a bank, so we cannot hold your earnings indefinitely. Balances older than 180 days will be withdrawn automatically to your primary payment method, even if they are below your Automatic Schedule balance limit.
