Update Payment Method

I'm trying to withdraw my earnings, but an email says it's an invalid account number. I always withdraw my earnings many years before this is the first time it has happened, There's also a " Re-Activate " in my payment method section and  I click it I don't understand the problem. Please help. Thank you
