Upwork Desktop Application isn't working properly

Hi there,

 

I am joining Upwork in February this year and I use Upwork Desktop Application for messages communication.
But so far, no messages have come in.
Is my Upwork Desktop Application not working properly?
How to make sure this application is going to work properly?

You can find advice on how to Troubleshoot the Desktop App here. If you still experience problems, report the issue so we can help you. Here’s how:

Click your name at the lower left of the app
Select Support and Feedback
Enter the details of your issue and click Send
