Upwork Site Hanging

The site stalls and hangs when I hit "submit a proposal". Been happening the last two days.

My internet is fine, so it's not a tech problem on my end.

Is it my account or is there some known problem?

Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with a different browser to see if the issue persists?
