I received an Upwork Skill Certification for Customer Service but it's not appearing on my profile. 2 business days have already passed since I received the certification. Please assist.

Hi! I also raised a query in our Upwork community about this certification but with a different concern. The certification badge is already visible on my profile, but I haven't received an email confirming that I (really) passed the assessment. I hope it was not an error on Upwork's end and that a confirmation email will be delivered to solve this confusion.
