Upwork Support Needed: No longer able to access account

Hello can any upwork customer support help me? I am no longer able to access my old account hence this new one. I understand it's not legal , but i really have no way of logging in my old one anymore and I'd like for it to be closed so that I can continue using this platform for my work in the new account. Any help would be great!
