Hello team,
My account is suspended, it says, “Your financial account has been suspended due to issues with payment methods on file. Please update payment methods to restore full functionality to your account.”
But we have only one available Paypal account, the money transfer is always normal.
I have some communications with designers, the suspension problem will affect my processing.
Please help solve the problem as soon as possible.
