Visual verification issue

Hello,
I have been trying to do my visual check to complete my id verification but unfortunately everytime i upload my selfie from my mobile. Following error comes up:

Did you lose your internet connection?

Check your WiFi or cellular signal. If you lost your connection, restore it before retrying.

It's also possible our website may just have a temporary problem.

I had posted about this issue earlier and a support ticket was made on my name but i haven't received any solution from them. Kindly give me a solution so i can complete my id verification and get a blue tick. Thank you
