What does it take to have the upwork support to actually answer?[Solved]

so, at the time of writing I was trying to solve with them ticket number #41761863 at support.upwork.com.
All I wished was to figure out what was going on then just say sorry and possibly accept a temporary ban with some kind of deadline or whatever.
Instead those geniuses just restricted my account and suddently died of some terrible disease. seriously?
And yeah sorry for me being a tad bit salty about the thing but all the professionality I could ever put into the issue has died, please someone help me to restore it along with my account if possible.
