Where to upload W-9

I am trying to upload my completed W-9 to get paid and keep hitting a dead end. 

When I access Settings>Tax Information, it only shows me Tax Residence and W-8.

Is anyone else having this issue? I opened a support ticket last week but haven't heard back so thought I would post here.
