Why is this happening?

I have read a job that fits my services and I was interested to submit the cover letter. Here is the job post:

Everything looks great to me and I sent the cover letter, and when I refreshed the site, the client changed the project description to a different category... If I withdraw the proposal, it doesn't matter, I have lost the connects anyway.
