Why my top rated eligible weeks has not been changed this week even though my JSS is 100%?

I am having a 100% Job Success Score and Top Rated eligible weeks are 12 out of 16 from last week. So this Saturday it should be 13 out of 16 and I should get Top Rated Plus as other criteria are satisfied. But the eligible weeks have not been increased, can you please tell me why?
