applying over UPWORK from many months. But I am not getting calls

UPWORK provides us only 10 free Connects per month and even the smallest of the job needs 16 or atleast 12 connects to apply. I have purchased Connects so many times that I am a little frustrated now. I am not sure where I am making mistakes or where I am not understanding things, as I have been applying over UPWORK for many months. But I am not getting calls.

I also thought of Boosting up my profile. I spent so much on Connects and Boosting profile, and even then also I am not getting even a single call properly.

It appears only UPWORK is making money and there is no policy in which they take care of their customers to make any.

Even with 10 years + experience and spending over 10,000/- I have not gotten a single call. That is absurd and somewhere something is definitely wrong.

This is a serious concern for the sellers on upwork, spending connects, and boosting profiles not helping to get any work. Either it feels like Upwork is getting dead to win a project.
