can i get payment as my account is suspended ?

Hi,

My friend account is suspended somehow. But about 1000$ in his account and at that time payment is in the review tab but now there is nothing. Also, he asked the support team many times but they don't reply to him due to suspension.

My question is can he get his money back?

if yes then how what is the procedure? @upwork
