desktop app on Mac not launching

Im having problems with my desktop app on Mac, i downloaded the app and it wont launch. I tried everything from reinstalling it, restarting, and following all the steps on the articles. Still it doesnt work, please help me!

Could you please try Force Quitting the app before trying to launch again? Please let us know if that helps.
