report message from user (client during proposal process)

I would like to report an user (client), how can i report the issue to upwork and request actions. I received the following message from an user during proposal process:

4:40 PM UTC, 23 Aug 2023

"I'm building this house myself, so your numbers are **bleep**. I can't afford to pay a general contractor 1/3 of my construction budget. The floors are metal deck with lightweight concrete. So your numbers don't apply. Good luck finding rich Americans to rip off, but I'm not one of them. Pura **bleep**ing vida"

I want to report unprofessional, disrespectful and insulting (to me and my country) actitude and message.  I want to request to upwork the removal of an user like this from the plataform and check out internal messages and emails sent from this user to me. I have been an educated and repectful professional.

How can i do it?
