room error

I received an offer, was messaging with the owner and now the room does not exist, I had this error

serviceName: 'roomsDS', commandName: 'GetRoomStoriesSimplifiedHysCmd', error message: 'Room record not found by id: room_ad316aa5e66fb4fac69e67d159663d3d'

I can still see the offer but can't talk to the owner of the listing

I am sorry to hear about the trouble while accepting the offer. It looks like the offer is no longer available or the client's account has been suspended for TOS violation.
