I hope this message finds you well.

I am reaching out to seek your assistance regarding the addition of a payment method to my Upwork account. Due to some personal issues, I am currently unable to use my personal bank account. As an alternative, I wish to add a joint Payoneer account that I share with my brother.

The joint Payoneer account is linked to a bank account that we both use, and it is currently the most feasible solution for managing my funds. I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in adding this joint account as a payment method on my Upwork profile.

Please let me know if this is possible and if there are any specific steps or documentation required to facilitate this process. Your support and understanding in this matter would be immensely helpful.

Hi Joseph,

Your payment method must belong to you and must match the registered name on your Upwork account. Could you please confirm if the Payoneer account is under your name or your brother's name?

payooner is under my brother name but bank that attached with payooner is joint bank account and we both are beneficiries.i can provide any document that is required.

I checked the details with our team and they confirmed that they can allow a Payoneer payment method with a different name as long as you are able to supply the relevant documents requested by them. Our team will reach out to you with more information after you add the Payoneer account as your payment method.

my sister face same issue so why her account is suspended plz can you share the reason with her.

We won't be able to discuss the status of another user's account for privacy and security reasons. However, rest assured that decisions to suspend a user's account are not taken lightly and without fully investigating for TOS violations.
