I have a comment about the interface UX.
it happened 5 times. I entered a long text into the message. It was difficult to compose the text by the way. So, I typed the text into the message to the client, then accidentally clicked on a place outside the dialog box, the window was gone. when I came back the text disappeared. Is it possible to customize the interface so that the text is saved as in a draft, or when users click outside the dialog box so that the window does NOT close automatically? I think this is not only my problem.
