Address and Taxation Process

Hello,

I am trying to change the address of my agency to the address of US, I have all the documents required and have filled in all the sections of Tax residence, taxpayer identification along with tax identification number but while editing the address section it still says that to confirm your US address you need to fill the W-9 form, whereas all my forms are completed and verified.
Note that I am currently operating from Pakistan.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please follow these steps as it may just be a momentary issue, then try to update your agency address again.

Clear cache/cookies on your current browser
Click on this link: https://Upwork.com/clearcookies then click “Yes, Clear Cookies”
Try using “Incognito” or “Private” mode on your browser
Try using a different browser. We support the latest two versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Apple Safari.
Note: Internet Explorer is no longer supported.

To update your agency address, please refer to these steps:

1. Login to your account and switch to your agency's profile
2. Go to Settings then click Contact Info from the options at the left
3. Scroll down to the bottom to get to the Location section then click the pen icon to be able to enter the new address
