To add team members to your agency, you will need to upgrade to an Agency Plus membership. You will have the option to send the freelancer a request to join your team, which they can accept or decline. For creating a client account, you can search for and invite freelancers to help move your project along more quickly. After you post a job on Upwork, you can invite freelancers and agencies to apply. The number of invites you can send varies per job to help match you with the most relevant talent. Thank you for reaching out to us. You can add someone to your agency by following these steps:
- Go to Settings › Members & Permissions
- Select Invite a New User and fill in the form, including choosing roles and permissions
- Select Invite User. The person will receive a notification to join your team and can accept or decline your invitation
If your agency members are already on Upwork, you can request for their UID, or their Upwork email address and use it to add these freelancers to your agency.
