Hi Laura,
I think you have to first send a connection request to an existing team member and then they can invite you. If you already know the team working here then an admin member will be able to add you. Try the network feature if it is available in the profile.
There is also an option to create your own team and invite members.

I want to know what is the possible way to contact an agency manager or member. I found some agency owners that are located near me. I am from Lahore, Pakistan and I want to meet them so I can join their agency.

I know I can only be added to the agency by an invitation. But If I can contact him/her (in a legal way), I may convince him/her so I can join his/her agency. In this way, I can join an agency with good earnings.
