Agency plus

Hello, community, 

I'm trying to upgrade my agency to Agency Plus, but it shows an error message that my payment cannot proceed. I have funds and used the same payment CC to buy Connect one day earlier.

Please help

I am sorry to hear about the declined transaction. Please contact your card issuing bank to check the available limit and permission to complete international transactions. You can try again after the issue is resolved on your card.
