my client keep getting this message while trying to send an invite to the agency .

Thank you for reaching out to us. Could you please ask the client to contact our support team in order for us to assist them directly? They can do so by following these simple steps: 

1. Go to the Help Center.
2. Select “Get Support” at the bottom of their screen.
3. Type in their concern and if the system did not find an answer after a few tries, they'll see an option under the article selections to "Contact Support."
4. Select "Contact Support" and follow the options provided.
