Can't make a payment to get Agency Plus

I am trying to get Agency Plus to allow freelancers in my team make proposals, but I cannot swipe right to open Agency Plus screen.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble this caused. Could you please try using the desktop or laptop to upgrade to Agency Plus?
