Hi, I've started a new hourly contract with a client, and even though I've logged my hours and they show up on my Work Diary, they're not showing up on his end. This hasn't been a problem with previous hourly contracts. Could someone help me find the disconnect?

Hi Deirdre,
I just checked this and your client should be able to view the hours you've added simply by adjusting the dates on his end. If they are still experiencing any problems on their end, they can reach out to us here or directly to our Customer Support. Thank you.
