This is now the second time the "Create New Account" option in an existing accounts settings page has failed to work for me on multiple browsers and devices. First when I created a Client account, now when I am trying to create an agency account. On the previous occasion and this one I got some completely generic error message. Last time the fix was using an Insomnia tab in Chrome, this no longer works, nor does using a different device (or clearing cache etc).
