Payment for members of the agency

Hi.

I have a small agency with non-exclusive members. When we finish a project and the client made the payment to our agency account, how can I pay my non-exclusive member using the agency financial account?

Hi Viet Lam,

Since the agency contract was paid directly to the agency, you will need to work with your members on how to pay them outside of Upwork. You can pay him using your preferred or agreed method off the platform.
 
Additionally, how much the agency members are to be paid is up to you as the agency owner. It may or may not bear any relation to the earnings of their Upwork contracts. What's important is for them to be clear on how much they are getting for the contract.
