Hello there
I have worked with a freelancer and after Dispute case , Upwork decide to refunds the amount to my Escrow.
10 days till now waiting to recive the amount in my bank account.
the amount appear as a balance in Transaction History Page till today
the amount dosen't appear in Billing & payments page.
how i could contact with upwprk team to resolve or make a request.

Thanks for reaching out; I'm happy to clarify this for you. The refund you're referring to was applied to your Upwork account, not to your billing method. The balance on the second screenshot from your Billing & Payments page, which appears to be $0, refers to any money you owe, not that you have available. The balance you see on your Transaction History page is what you currently have available to use on future contracts.
