Client cant Deposit funds

Hey I have a client and He is unable to Start the contract He cannot despoit funds from his master card or visa upwork He Told me he is trying with different cards too but they are not working also He Contacted upwork support no signes of help there too 

Could there be any issue on my side? if no then whats the issue and how does my client resolve it and If i can help how do i?
