I am a client and I sent a job to a freelancer, and I had to pay 11 dollars. I waited for the freelancer to respond but he didn't seem to check my offer. So I withdrew my offer. But the money wasn't refunded to me and I don't seem to find any jobs posted so I can request a refund. How can I get a refund?

You were automatically refunded when you withdrew the offer. Refund credits can take up to five business days to appear in the billing method you used. You can check this article to learn more.
