I’m hoping someone can please help. I’ve been trying to contact customer support for 24 hours but every time I click on the support pages I get an error screen (see screenshot).

All I was trying to do was verify my email address but that process doesn’t seem to work and when I try and change it I get another error message. What a shambles!
