Contract ended, how do I get money back from escrow?

Hi,

Me and the freelancer agreed to cancel the last milestone so I only would pay her 300 insted of 400 dollars. The freelancer ended the contract and I have now 100 Dollars left in escrow. How can I get this back?

I cannot make an escrow refund because the freelancer said the money is automatically transfered to me later.. but everywhere I read I should do I refund.. how do I proceed?

Hi Natalie,

I checked and this refund was automatically initiated and it was successful on our end. You can check this in your Transactions. After the refund is initiated, it typically takes 2 to 5 business days for the money to be refunded back to your credit card.

It has now been 14 days but I have still not got the 100 Dollars that is
still in escrow and the contract has ended.. How do I get it back?

Ah now I understand! I got the refund in pound and not dollar. I had to
check under another tab on my account for the other currency.

Sorry for the trouble and no need for the extra support. Thanks for all
