Database query makes upwork unusable

seriously, I don't understand how Upwork's database works.  It's awful.  Search for anything and its very rare that the results are even close to what your are looking for.  Maybe they should hire people to fix the issue but they are unable to find devs because their system is so flawed?

Also, when Upwork started, they would call me to see if I needed help and now after 10 minutes of looking there is no way to get service or its so purposely buried that noone can find it.  I would have a better job hiring someone by placing an ad in a newspaper.
