Escrow hold my refund

Hi，I have request refund in dispute case.  Upwork say Escrow has been returned to my account. But the amount is always hold in Escrow ,i cant do withdraw to bank. In addition ,my account  has been suspended, may i know its have any chances to refund in my bank account?  It almost 1 week the refund hold in ESCROW.  My request is to refund the balance to the bank card
