Fixed-Price Offer/Contract sent to Freelancer but declined after 2 days

Hi, all. I recently wanted to hire someone for work and found a freelancer who said he could complete the task. I sent him a fixed-price contract for $150 that he did not accept and promised to do the task first and then accept the offer. After two days, he said he couldn't do it and declined the offer. 

Now, when do I get the refunded money back in my bank account? I paid through my MasterCard. I can see the Refund amount as credit in Reports > Transaction History. How long does it take to get the funds in my local bank account?

The funds return to your credit card automatically within five business days. You don't need to do anything.
