Have had a bad experience with freelancer. how to resolve?

I hired a freelancer to build a wholesale portal on my shopify site. They gave gone overtime and budget, and have also made changes to my B2C shopify site, rendering it not shoppable. I have messaged them and they promise to fix everything but they havent. I chose them because of their good reviews, which i feel must have been false. whats the best course of action from here?

If you are dissatisfied with the freelancer's performance on the job and suspect that they have been overcharging you, you can take action by disputing the logged hours submitted by the freelancer.
