Hi Thanh,
It looks like this is something your antivirus is showing. That's said, I'm checking with the team on this as well and I have recorded the error message before I had to remove it for Community Guidelines. I'll get back to you once I have more information.
Edit: Could you please let us know what browser you're using?

Thanks for following up. Please go to Settings > My Info and add your address. Before hiring a freelancer, you also need to have a valid billing method on file. You can check out this help article for more information on that.
