Help Needed Now! Upwork sketchy notification to turn off Kaspersky Internet Security Monkey!

When I was completing the contract to hire someone, this popped up and it said

Hi Thanh,

 

It looks like this is something your antivirus is showing. That's said, I'm checking with the team on this as well and I have recorded the error message before I had to remove it for Community Guidelines. I'll get back to you once I have more information. 

 

Edit: Could you please let us know what browser you're using?

I tried from a different browser, and unfortunately, the problem still persisted.

Thanks for following up. Please go to Settings > My Info and add your address. Before hiring a freelancer, you also need to have a valid billing method on file. You can check out this help article for more information on that.
